Congratulations to all of our 5th and 6th grade students who were recognized at the Awards Program! Job well done!
Award categories included: grade 5-6 band, grade 5-6 orchestra, school patrols, 5-6 grade star readers, outstanding attendance, perfect attendance, Barb Preiner "ray of sunshine, president's award for educational achievement, president's award for educational excellence, friends of Rachel club, knowledge bowl, Kai coders, make the cut, and the American essay award.
Natalie Fultz Breaks Record!
CONGRATULATIONS to Natalie Fultz for breaking the 300m hurdles school record at the Hibbing meet. This record has been held since 2008. The new record is 47.35. Continue to break your own record in Sections!
Way to go Eveleth-Gilbert Golf!
Congratulations to the Eveleth-Gilbert Girls and Boys Golf Teams an outstanding day at the East Range Conference Tournament. The boys team placed first and the girls team placed second.

Some excellent 6th graders were able to "Make the Cut" Congratulations on demonstrating many of the traits from our 6 Pillars of Character!
Congratulations to these 8th grade students! They "Made the Cut" at the Gilbert Campus.
Congratulations to Alec Gritzmacher who competed in the final round of competition at the State Speech Meet, earning a 6th place medal in Serious Interpretation of Poetry.

CONGRATULATIONS to the EGHS Speech Team for winning the Section 7A Championship for the 3rd year in a row!
Five members of the speech team will be advancing to the State Tournament: Amanda Rigstad, Quinn Muhich, Alec Gritzmacher, Amara Carey, and Kirsten Rothenberger. Again, congratulations to the whole team for their successes throughout the season!
