Lauren Elizabeth Day
—Daughter of Dwight and Georgia Day. During high school, Lauren was Captain of the Girls Soccer Team both in her Junior and Senior year. She is also involved in hockey and golf. Lauren has been very active in the Minnesota Honor Society and Youth in Action. She is a member of the Student Council and Knowledge Bowl Team as well. She had the honor of being elected Vice President of both the senior class and our Chapter of the Minnesota Honor Society. Lauren’s future plans are to attend Minnesota State University-Moorhead to pursue a Bachelors’ Degree in Exercise Science and then attend graduate school to become a Physical Therapist.
Kailee Rose Grahek
—Daughter of Chris and Shelley Grahek. Kailee has been the captain of the Speech Team in both her Junior and Senior year. She has participated at the Minnesota State Speech Tournament in 2017 and 2019. She was elected Senior Class President this year and for the past two years, Kailee has been the drum major for the Eveleth-Gilbert Marching Band, as well as the editor of the yearbook. Kailee has participated in Minnesota Honor Society, Knowledge Bowl, Youth in Action, Math Team and was a member of the Prom Committee. She was Eveleth Elks Club Student of the Month in October, 2018. Following graduation, Kailee will be attending of University of Minnesota-Duluth. She will be participating in the University Honors Program. She is majoring in Biochemistry, but is hoping to double major in both Biochemistry and Chemistry. After attending undergraduate school, she hopes to attend the University of Minnesota-Duluth’s College of Pharmacy and enter a dual degree program to earn her Master of Public Health degree and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
Hannah Marie Jane Grenewich
—Daughter of Jason and Susan Adams.Hannah was involved in Theater, Speech and Flags during high school. She was also a coach at Northern Twistars Gymnastics, was a Vin(E) volunteer and received the Yale Book Award.Her future plans are to move to Omaha, Nebraska to study either Journalism or Marketing at Creighton University.
Kodi Conrad Intihar
—Son of Kristopher and Kristie Intihar. Kodi’s activities include playing Football, Hockey and Baseball. He was given the position of Captain of the Baseball team and participated in Knowledge Bowl. In his spare time he enjoys hunting, fishing and hanging out with friends. He helps out at Resurrection Church in Eveleth and tries to do his best to get out and help the community. Kodi’s future plans are to attend the University of Minnesota-Duluth, majoring in Civil Engineering. He hopes that he will be able to get out in the workforce soon after college.
Rylee Paul Kwiatkowski
—Son of Corey and Nancy Kwiatkowski. During high school, Rylee took part in Student Council, Knowledge Bowl, Minnesota Honor Society, Volunteers in Education, Football and Track. He enjoys fishing, weight lifting, relaxing at the lake and spending time with friends. After graduation, Rylee plans to attend the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, The College of Education and Human Development. His major will be Kinesiology with a minor in Sports Management. Upon graduation from college, he will start his career as a physical therapist.
Robert Erving Licari
—Son of Robert and Audrey Licari.
Robbie has been Captain of both the Swim and Tennis teams; President of the Minnesota Honor Society. He has participated in Youth in Action, Student Council, and Knowledge Bowl. He achieved team and pool records in swimming and has been a state finalist. In both Tennis and Swimming, he has been part of the All-Area Teams. He will be competing in the MN State Tennis Tournament in June. Robbie’s future plans are to attend the University of Minnesota-Duluth to Major in Chemical Engineering and Minor in Environmental Engineering.
Jacee Jane Zasadni
—Granddaughter of David and Debra Zasadni, Daughter of Jacki Zasadni of Gilbert, MN and Michael Ferrazz. Jacee’s activities and interest while in high school included: Theater, Speech, Honor Society, Knowledge Bowl. Dance, Reading, Writing, as well as spending time with friends and family. Her future plans are to attend the University of Minnesota-Duluth to pursue a degree in Political Science and afterwards attending law school.
